Amin & Joy Buba Dibal Foundation (A&JBD Foundation), is a non-governmental, non-partisan, non-profit making and non-political association, founded in the year established in 2020 and incorporated in May 2021.
The organization with a Headquarters in Maiduguri, Borno State has a Branch in Kano, Kano State Nigeria.
The Foundation works around three issues;
- Good Governance & Accountability.
- Peacebuilding.
- Humanitarian Aid.
The Foundation shall maintain its independence as not-for-profit organisation, and shall not depend on any government, commercial, political, ethnic or religious groups and shall be free from any external control but subject to authority of its clients, members and the public to whom it is accountable............
The Foundation is committed to safeguarding in the course of its interventions.
The Foundation shall be guided by conflict sensitivity principle of “Do No Harm” in all its programmes activities
The Foundation’s activities shall be guided by being inclusive of all diverse population of its potential beneficiaries.
A member of the Foundation shall not use the platform to deliberately pursue a personal political or socio-cultural interest.
The Foundation could partner with any group for an issue-based intervention whose values does not conflict with the values of our organization.
The forum shall not receive funding from any individual or organization that has an issue of image or reputation and which also conflicts with the values of the foundation.
The Foundation shall not utilise its self-generated fund unethically in any form.
