Good Governance & Accountability.
The process of decision-making and the process by which decisions are implemented with an approach that demonstrates participation, consensus, orientation, accountability, transparency, responsiveness, effectiveness, efficiency, equity, inclusivity and the rule of law.
Peacebuilding is a social, political or economic activity that aims to resolve injustice in nonviolent ways and to transform the cultural and structural conditions that generate hate and violent conflict.
Humanitarian action is intended to “save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain human dignity during and after man-made crises and disasters in a manner that is humane, impartial, neutral and independent by the service providing agency.
